Refund Policy

We want you to be confident trying Gessoed. That's why we offer 25 free mixes before any payment is required — no credit card, no trial period, no time limit. Pay only when you know it works for you.
Our refund commitment
If you purchase lifetime access and are not satisfied for any reason, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.
After 14 days, we consider purchases final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact us and we will do our best to resolve it — or issue a refund at our discretion.
How to request a refund
Email us at hello@gessoed.app with the subject line "Refund request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Paddle, our payment processor. Processing times vary by bank but are typically 5–10 business days after we initiate the refund.
What doesn't qualify for a refund
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
- Accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service
- Duplicate purchases (we will refund the duplicate — contact us)
Free tier
The free tier (25 mixes) does not involve any payment and therefore does not qualify for a refund. If you encounter issues with the free tier, contact us and we will help resolve them.
